KEY 101 “Sing With Foreigner” Choir Contest
This contest is sponsored by Foreigner and Foreigner’s promoter. The contest is administered and promoted by KEY 101 FM in cooperation with Smax Entertainment and
Spokane Tribe Casino (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).
ELIGIBILITY
Open to middle school and high school choirs from the local listening area. Choir members must be enrolled students at the time of entry.
Entries must be submitted by a teacher, choir director, school administrator, or a parent/legal guardian who confirms they are authorized to submit the entry and that all participants have parent/legal guardian permission. Maximum choir size is 25 participants. Employees of KEY 101 FM, its parent company, Sponsors, and their immediate household family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

KEY 101’s computer clock is the official timekeeper.
HOW TO ENTER
Enter by completing the official form at key101fm.com and uploading one video.
Submission requirements:

Choir singing the chorus of “I Want To Know What Love Is”

Maximum 25 performers
Limit one entry per choir/school unless otherwise specified. KEY 101 reserves the right to reject any incomplete, corrupted, or inappropriate entries.
VOTING
All eligible submissions will be posted for online voting at key101fm.com. Voting runs February 16 through March 1.
The choir receiving the highest number of valid votes will be the potential winner, subject to verification.
KEY 101 reserves the right to monitor voting, remove fraudulent votes, disqualify entries, and override results to ensure fairness and eligibility. All decisions are final.
WINNER VERIFICATION
The potential winning choir will be contacted by KEY 101 and a Foreigner representative.
Winning choir must confirm by March 6 that they are able to attend and perform on March 27. Failure to confirm or complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate choir.
PRIZE
One (1) winning choir will be invited to perform live on stage with Foreigner on March 27 at Spokane Live at Spokane Tribe Casino.
In addition, the winning choir will receive a $500 donation from Foreigner, made payable to the school or choir program (not to individual students). The method of payment and delivery of the donation will be determined by Foreigner’s representative.
Prize includes the performance opportunity and $500 donation only.
Transportation, supervision, meals, and any additional expenses are not included. Venue may not be able to provide tickets for choir members’ families or guests.
Prize has no cash value to individuals, is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By submitting an entry, entrant and participants grant Foreigner, Foreigner’s promoter, KEY 101 FM, Smax Entertainment, Spokane Tribe Casino, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, agents, licensees, and designees (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, perform, distribute, and create derivative works from the submission, including participants’ names, images, likenesses, and voices, for contest administration, advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to on-air broadcast, websites, YouTube, and social media, without further permission or compensation.
CONTENT STANDARDS
All entries must be appropriate for public viewing. KEY 101 reserves the right to remove any submission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrant and participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Foreigner, Foreigner’s promoter, KEY 101 FM, Smax Entertainment, Spokane Tribe Casino, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the contest, submission of an entry, voting, attendance at the event, performance, acceptance or use of the prize, or any contest-related activity.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
KEY 101 may modify or terminate the contest if circumstances affect integrity. By entering, participants agree to these rules and all station decisions.
